We are looking for a vigilant, responsible and detail-oriented Control Room Officer to monitor alarm signals, assess incidents and take immediate action to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor alarm signals and CCTV alerts 24/7.
  • Verify alarms and assess incidents accurately.
  • Follow procedures and respond to alarms in a timely manner.
  • Dispatch response officers and notify clients and relevant authorities when required.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports.
  • Ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s licence held for at least 2 years (advantageous).
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in alarm monitoring or control room environment (advantageous).
  • Certificate in IT or related qualification.
  • Knowledge of alarm systems, procedures and emergency response.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
  • Good computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Clean criminal record.
