Key Responsibilities
- Monitor alarm signals and CCTV alerts 24/7.
- Verify alarms and assess incidents accurately.
- Follow procedures and respond to alarms in a timely manner.
- Dispatch response officers and notify clients and relevant authorities when required.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence held for at least 2 years (advantageous).
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in alarm monitoring or control room environment (advantageous).
- Certificate in IT or related qualification.
- Knowledge of alarm systems, procedures and emergency response.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Clean criminal record.
