Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow fuel sales to corporate, government, institutional, and parastatal clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular client visits throughout Botswana.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of B2B sales experience (experience in fuel, petroleum, lubricants, logistics, or industrial sales will be an added advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with decision-makers in corporate and government organizations.
  • Must be willing and able to travel extensively across Botswana.
  • Valid Botswana driver’s licence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with an existing network in corporate, mining, construction, transport, government, and parastatal sectors.
