The Corporate Services Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Society’s Corporate Services function, including Human Resources, Administration, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Public Relations and Marketing, Procurement oversight, Facilities Management and General Administration. The position ensures that corporate support services are efficient, compliant and aligned with the strategic objectives of the Society, on a 3-5 years fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing strategic leadership for Corporate Services and ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Managing Human Resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and policy implementation.
  • Overseeing administration, facilities management and office operations.
  • Ensuring effective management and utilisation of ICT resources and systems.
  • Providing oversight of the Society’s marketing, branding and public relations initiatives.
  • Managing procurement administration and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
  • Developing and implementing corporate policies, procedures and service standards.
  • Coordinating corporate planning and reporting within the division.
  • Managing budgets for Corporate Services and ensuring prudent utilisation of resources.
  • Building productive relationships with regulators, suppliers, service providers and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, organisational policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Finance or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years’ relevant experience in corporate services, administration or office management, with at least three years in a management position.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resource Management, ICT governance, facilities management and administration.
