This position is responsible for all cost and cost control of the project, timely statistics and various project costs, and regular preparation of various reports and statistical ledgers, project expenses and contracts, conducting audits, and the overall communication and coordination of the project activities between major shareholders and leaders.

Key Responsibilities
- Implementing statistics of project costs and expenses, and compiling various statistical reports
- Making a reasonable allocation of the CAPEX, master the overall situation of budget execution, and strictly controlling the cost of the project within budget;
- Preparing the project financial procedure, submitting it to the control and support manager for approval, and strictly supervising the implementation of the procedure post the final approval.
- Responsible for the calculation of all contracts and reviewing the settlements.
- Participating in the review of changes and statistics as well as for changes involving budget adjustments,
- Responsible for providing data for reporting by providing corresponding project cost and expense statistics tables in accordance with the corresponding format.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting field
- Holding a PMP certificate
- The incumbent must have experience in project management/control
- Experience of working in a mine will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of project cash flow
- Familiar with relevant laws and regulation of mining industry
