COST CONTROLLER
Job Summary
To manage all food and supply inventory, ensuring accurate records, ordering/receiving stock, minimizing waste (FIFO – First-In, First-Out), conducting audits then prepare weekly & monthly reports, and maintaining hygiene/satety, all to meet client demands without shortages or spoilage, using inventory software for real-time tracking and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in cost controll, inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software & systems
- Understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- AAT or Diploma in Purchasing & Supply
- Valid Drivers License
