Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counselling services
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop intervention plans
- Facilitate workshops on mental health, emotional intelligence, and resilience
- Maintain confidential client records
- Provide referrals to external service providers when necessary
- Participate in outreach and community engagement programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling
- Registration with relevant professional body
- 2-3 years’ counseling experience (community or school setting preferred)
- Experience in trauma, grief, depression, and emotional wellness support
- Valid Driver’s license
