Duties include treaty and facultative placements, treaty accounting, claims administration, credit control, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years’ professional experience with at least 3 years in a senior management role, including international reinsurance and cross-border placements. The individual must be of good standing and eligible for regulatory clearance with NBFIRA. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential.
