Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate vehicle handovers, returns and follow up on outstanding leads.
- Conduct routine vehicle health checks and arrange repairs or servicing with the workshop.
- Prepare daily and weekly booking, lead and fleet status reports.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle availability, mileage and condition.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Business, Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English and Setswana.
- Prior customer service experience – car rental or hospitality an advantage.
