Sprint Couriers is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agents to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, tracking shipments and resolving delivery-related concerns.
- Provide accurate and timely information about services, pricing and policies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and overall experience.
- Handling of cash service and ensure timely banking.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in relevant course.
- 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer experience.
- Previous customer service experience in an office.
- Valid Class B driver’s license with minimum of 2 years driving experience.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to customer needs.
- Acting as a team player and facilitating teamwork in the organization.
- Computer literacy.
