Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist parents, guardians, students and visitors.
- Handle telephone, WhatsApp and other customer enquiries professionally.
- Assist parents with student applications, registration and enrolment.
- Maintain accurate student and administrative records.
- Capture and update information on ERPNext.
- Manage filing, correspondence and general office administration.
- Handle customer queries and complaints and refer matters appropriately.
- Assist with fee-related enquiries and administrative follow-ups.
- Prepare basic reports, letters and other administrative documents.
- Provide basic computer, printer and ERPNext support.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Customer Service, Information Technology or a related field.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and organisational skills.
- Professional, reliable, trustworthy and able to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in a school, tuition centre, customer service or administrative environment is an advantage.
- ERPNext or other ERP experience is an added advantage.
