Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customs documentation (e.g., Bills of Entry)
• Liaise with BURS, border officials, and shipping agents
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and procedures
• Coordinate with transport and logistics providers
• Handle cargo booking and track shipments end-to-end

Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of ZIMRA procedures and ASYCUDA systems
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
• High accuracy, reliability, and ability to work under pressure
• Diploma or Degree in Customs, Freight Forwarding, Transport & Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, or related fields
• Minimum 5 year experience in customs clearance, shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding
