Key Responsibilities

• Use the best available tools to extract, clean, transform and analyse data across our insurance portfolio, including underwriting, claims, and operational datasets.
• Build dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into business performance, and apply sound judgement to ensure the insights are practical and useful.
• Identify trends, patterns, risks and opportunities hidden within large datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
• Work closely with leadership and operational teams to turn raw data into information that supports better business decisions.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organisation to support strategic and operational improvements.
• Continuously evaluate how data is used across the business and challenge the status quo by proposing smarter ways to analyse and use information.

Requirements

• No Experience Required. Seriously.
• A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, or a related analytical field or no degree with the right drive.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, digital tools and Data Sets.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights.
