Responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy legislation by developing and maintaining robust policies, managing data breaches, and serving as the primary contact for regulatory authorities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Data Governance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Data Protection or Privacy (e.g. CIPP/E, CIPM, GDPR Practitioner Certificate, etc.) is an added advantage.
- At least 6 years’ experience in legal compliance, information governance, or data protection roles with proven exposure to risk management, legal & regulatory acumen.
- Experience in implementing data protection programs in a regulated industry, preferably financial services.
- Competencies: CEDA Values, Action Orientation, Planning and organising, Service Orientation, Attention to Detail.
