Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions, prepare budget forecasts, publish financial statements in time.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
• Audit financial transactions and documents, reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
• Prepare reports for the Mother Company in China.
• Assist the General Manager in daily operational oversight and decision-making.
• Supervise departmental teams to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
• Supports business development efforts and identify operational efficiencies, act as a liaison between departments to streamline operations.
• Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development.
• Facilitating communication and reporting between local and international stakeholders (cross-border financial communication and project reporting).

Requirements

• A minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in accounting and /or financial management
• Leadership experience or supervisory exposure is highly desirable
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Atleast five (5) years relevant experience
• Added Advantage: Fluency in speaking, reading and writing the Chinese language.
