Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely onsite and remote technical support for incidents, service requests, and user enquiries in line with agreed service levels..
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related peripherals.
- Provide after-hours, standby, or callout support where operationally required.
- Travel to business locations when required to support incidents, deployments, projects, and site-related activities.
- Maintain accurate support records
- Provide IT Helpdesk and Maintenance
- Ensure adherence to service management, asset management, security, and related operational processes and standards
- Ensure the regional delivery of onsite support while providing remote support across relevant organizational entities as required.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, support trends, and best practices to improve service quality, stability, and user experience
Requirements
- A diploma in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or a related field is advantageous
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in desktop support, endpoint administration, or end-user computing within a medium to large enterprise environment
