Renal Care Institute is a specialized kidney health clinic with a mandate of providing holistic care to patients with kidney diseases. We offer a wide array of services including consultative, diagnostic and haemodialysis treatment services for patients in all stages of kidney disease, from earliest detectable changes in kidney function through end-stage kidney disease. We are looking for Candidates to join our growing and exciting team as we expand services to other parts of Botswana

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• To provide holistic and high quality care to patients with kidney diseases, by exercising skill and knowledge in specialist area of dialysis treatment
• Preparation of equipment for haemodialysis.
• Administer prescribed haemodialysis treatment.
• Provision of patients care during and after haemodialysis.
• Creation of biohole

Qualifications & Attributes:

• Minimum of National Diploma in General Nursing.
• Training as a Dialysis Nurse, ICU nursing and Basic Life Support (BLS) will be an added advantage
• Registration with the Botswana Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Experience:

• Over five (5) years’ experience in providing care and management of Acute and Chronic Patients.
• At least five (5) years’ experience working in a dialysis unit.
