First Capital Bank Botswana is seeking experienced and skilled professionals to join our team as Direct Sales Agents (DSAs). This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that is reshaping the banking landscape in Botswana. Direct Sales Agents will be responsible for supporting sales efforts to drive revenue growth by proactively identifying, approaching, and securing new customers through direct, face-to-face, or telephonic interactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit existing and prospective customers to assess needs and promote the Bank’s products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated through field activities.
- Prepare sales plans and schedules to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales applications.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to support customer retention.
Requirements
- Retail sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum BGCSE Certificate.
- At least 1 year’s sales experience.
- COP qualification will be an added advantage.
Salary
Commission-based.
