First Capital Bank is seeking to appoint Direct Sales Agents. Direct Sales Agents will be responsible for supporting sales efforts to drive revenue growth by proactively identifying, approaching, and securing new customers through direct, face-to-face, or telephonic interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing and prospective customers to identify needs and promote the Bank’s products and services
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through field activities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve and exceed targets
- Prepare and submit sales applications accurately and timeously
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer retention
- Supporting sales efforts to drive revenue growth.
- Proactively identifying, approaching, and securing new customers.
- Engaging with customers through direct, face-to-face, or telephonic interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum of a BGCSE certificate
- At least one year’s sales experience
- COP certification will be an added advantage
- Proven experience in retail or direct sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experienced and skilled professionals.
