JOB PURPOSE
Direct Sales Agents will be responsible for supporting sales efforts to drive revenue growth by proactively identifying, approaching, and securing new customers through direct, face-to-face, or telephonic interactions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit existing and potential customers to assess their needs and promote the Bank’s products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated through field activities.
- Prepare sales plans and schedules to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales applications.
- Maintain customer relationships and support customer retention.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS &
COMPETENCIES
- BCSE certificate minimum.
- Minimum of one year’s sales experience.
- COP would be an added advantage.
- Retail sales experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
