Main Purpose of the Job:
Oversee, coordinate all project management activities and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Team management and Conflict resolution
- Supervising Daily Operations and manage performance of the Business
- Motivating Agents and teaching them about all our products
- Creating and implementing policies that allow us to function efficiently
- Creating and Implementing strategies for acquisition and retention of business
- Ensuring policy holders are given options
- Company growth and increase Company earnings
Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Insurance qualification plus more than 12 years of working experience. The candidate must be well versed in insurance industry.
- Degree in mathematics or Statistics will be an added advantage.
