Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across milling and agri-sales operations.
• Oversee production planning, capacity management, and cost control to maximize efficiency and maintenance of the mill
• Lead supply chain, procurement, logistics, and inventory management activities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, environmental, and health & safety standards.
• Manage, develop, and motivate operational teams, building a strong performance and safety culture
• Manage capital projects, maintenance programmes, and operational investment planning

Requirements

• BSc Degree in Animal Science or related field.
• Over 10 years progressive work experience in operations and management.
• Proven senior operations leadership experience, ideally within milling or agri-inputs.
• Strong analytical skills and handson experience with maintenance planning.
• Proven track record of costsavings and productionefficiency improvements.
• Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, margins, and operational costs
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-site or complex operations
• Valid driver’s licence
