Requirements
- BSc Degree in Animal Science or related field.
- Over 10 years progressive work experience in operations and management.
- Proven senior operations leadership experience, ideally within milling or agri-inputs.
- Strong analytical skills and handson experience with maintenance planning.
- Proven track record of costsavings and productionefficiency improvements.
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, margins, and operational costs
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-site or complex operations
