The Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA) is a statutory body established under the Accountants Act (Cap. 61:05) to regulate the accountancy profession in Botswana, maintain professional integrity, and protect the public interest.

In accordance with Section 42 of the Accountants Act (Cap. 61:05), the Council of BICA hereby invites applications from qualified, high-caliber members to serve on the Disciplinary Committee.

The Disciplinary Committee holds statutory responsibility for the adjudication of all disciplinary matters involving accountants, ensuring strict adherence to professional standards, legal compliance, and the BICA Code of Ethics. The committee is chaired by a legal practitioner and comprises four professional accountants.
