Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years managing public health programs
  • At least 3 years in HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and treatment
  • Experience with PEPFAR or other major donors preferred
  • Experience with Ministry of Health/Local Government
  • Skills: Proven stakeholder management ability
  • Strong cross-cultural communication
  • Results-oriented with donor-relations experience
