  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Lead and develop high-performing, diverse team
    • Build capacity through training, coaching, and performance management

  • Program Implementation
    • Oversee all district HIV interventions (PrEP/PEP, testing, ART adherence, support groups)
    • Develop work plans and strategies to meet targets
    • Provide technical program support and quality assurance
  • Budget & Operations
    • Manage program budgets, timelines, and donor deliverables
    • Ensure strategic alignment with SSI’s objectives
    • Organize external communications and information dissemination
  • Monitoring & Reporting
    • Review M&E data weekly/monthly to identify gaps and optimize retention
    • Prepare quarterly and annual reports for donors/stakeholders
    • Conduct quality assurance visits and session observations
    • Support SSI’s M&E systems and research initiatives
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Manage relationships with government, donors, and civil society partners
    • Participate in technical advisory committees

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years managing public health programs
    • At least 3 years in HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and treatment
    • Experience with PEPFAR or other major donors preferred
    • Experience with Ministry of Health/Local Government
  • Skills:
    • Proven stakeholder management ability
    • Strong cross-cultural communication
    • Results-oriented with donor-relations experience
