Reporting to the Site Manager the Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day successful drilling operations and performance adherence to his designated drill site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all drilling operations on site
  • Must have been appointed as 18.1 Legal appointee under the MQMWA of Botswana for over 5 years
  • Ensure adherence to HSE policies, and procedural processes
  • Monitor contractor performance and operational efficiency
  • Manage drilling activities and deliverables
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on drilling progress
  • Ensure correct execution of drilling programs and compliance with ADNOC requirements

Requirements

  • 5 years experience as a Drilling Supervisor in drilling environment
  • Most have Form 3 or equivalent- tertiary education is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of drilling operations, well control, HSE standards, and contractor management
  • Valid class B Drivers licence
