Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily drilling operations on site.
  • Ensure drilling activities are conducted safely and in compliance with HSE standards.
  • Monitor drilling performance, productivity, and equipment utilization.
  • Lead and supervise drillers and drilling crews on shift.
  • Ensure adherence to drilling programs, procedures, and client specifications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in drilling operations, including supervisory roles.
  • Proven experience as a Driller or Driller Supervisor.

  • Experience working with different nationalities and ability to lead teams in remote site environments.
  • Have good English speaking capabilities and reporting skills.
  • Valid certificates relevant to drilling operations minimum: Safety Management Certificate, Drilling Safety & Supervision Certificate, Equipment & Rig-Specific Competency Certificates, etc.
