REPUBLIC OF BOTSWANA KGATLENG LAND BOARD Ministry of Lands and Agriculture DRIVER II (3 POSITIONS) Role Purpose: To drive and undertakes routine checks of Land Board vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

  • 4.1 Undertakes similar duties as Driver III
  • 4.2 Drives heavy duty vehicles exceeding 3500kg maximum weight (for non- articulated vehicles) up to 16000kg maximum weight including trailer.
  • 4.3 Drivers all non- articulated buses above 3500kg
  • 4.4 Supervises one or more Labourers
  • 4.5 Acts as driver in-charge when more than one vehicle, but less than five are assigned to a specific duty
  • 4.6 Undertakes any other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • QUALIFICATIONS: JC + Driver’s License Class B, C plus PRDP (for Goods and Special)
  • EXPERIENCE: 2 years driving experience as Driver III
  • Full name, address and date of birth.
  • Qualifications supported by certified copies of educational certificates, Licence, Omang and at least two (2) recent references (not more than a year).
  • Detailed summary of career with duties (Curriculum Vitae).
