Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect official documents, mail, parcels, and other items to and from offices, institutions, and stakeholders.
• Maintain an accurate record of expected deliveries and collections.
• Responsible for safe transportation of staff, management, and visitors of the Corporation as assigned and ensure punctuality for all scheduled trips and assignments.
• Maintain daily vehicle logbooks, including mileage, fuel consumption, and trip details.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, tyres, lights).
• Ensure vehicles are serviced according to the maintenance schedule.
• Keep the vehicles clean and presentable at all times.

Requirements

• Junior Certificate or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s licence (Class B or relevant class).
• Defensive driving certificate (will be an added advantage).
• At least 2 years’ work experience in a similar role.
