DRIVER TRAINER – Nors Botswan

Nors Botswana is part of the Nors group providing Sales, Parts & Services for Volvo trucks in Botswana as well as other brands like Volvo Penta and Construction equipments like the SDLG Brand. Our organisation is looking for a skilled and experienced candidates for the following positions:

Ensure all personnel receive the necessary training to maintain level of skills for daily activities.

• Present theoretical and practical training courses.
• Mentoring and driver coaching
• Assessing and moderating training materials
• Generate and update training procedures.
• Compile training files.
• Any other duties directed by the Supervisor.

Requirements and Skills

• Trainee of Trainers qualification (TOT)
• Accredited by BOA as Trainer and Assessor
• Proven experience as a Driver Trainer 5-10 years’ experience
• Good Customer services.
• Fluent in both Setswana and English (Spoken)
• Must have a Driver’s license- EC and other driving endorsement.
• Good communication and coaching Skills
