- Lead a high-performance program for Africa’s best U16-U18 players, driving elite training, match preparation, and talent development.
- Oversee Academy’s youth program (U6-U19), delivering world-class coaching, tactical education, player development and staff leadership.
Requirements
- UEFA A Licence (UEFA Pro is preferred)
- 5+ years coaching elite youth/professional teams
- strong leadership
- UEFA A Licence (UEFA Pro is preferred)
- 15+ years coaching elite youth proven talent ID
