Key Responsibilities
- Contribute towards the implementation of the Authority’s corporate and enforcement strategy
- Implement the Authority’s regulatory compliance policies, processes and procedures
- Assist with investigations relating to illegal gambling activities and regulatory breaches
- Assist with monitoring activities aimed at identifying suspicious gambling related activities, including anti money laundering matters
- Conduct investigations triggered by suspicious behaviour, tip offs or indications of non compliance
- Analyse and compile evidence to support enforcement and investigation activities
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies on identified compliance breaches and illegal gambling activities
- Compile periodic reports arising from monitoring and investigative activities
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to promote awareness of the Authority’s mandate
- Undertake other duties as directed by the supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Law, Criminology or related field
- At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar role
- Understanding of investigations, compliance monitoring or regulatory environments
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
