Requirements
- Minimum 2 year teaching/tutoring experience in Maths and/or Science at JCE and BGCSE levels
- Qualification in related subjects or Education (an added advantage)
- A Degree in any field (required)
- Fluent in Setswana and English – able to explain concepts clearly in both languages
- Strong ability to teach problem-solving, numeracy, and scientific reasoning with creativity and compassion
- Must have the patience of a coach and the heart of a teacher
- Strong classroom/learner management skills and a proven record of improving student performance
