Due to continued growth and digital transformation initiatives, Senn Food Logistics is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to be based in Gaborone, Botswana. The successful candidate will lead ERP implementations and optimization projects that support business scalability, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ERP project delivery, including planning, implementation, customization, integration, support and continuous improvement.
Manage ERP platforms such as SAP Business One, Sage Accpac, Granite Warehouse Management System and related third-party systems.
Oversee system integrations with BI, reporting, and analytics platforms to deliver a single source of truth across the business.
Design and implement modern Business Intelligence Solutions, including dashboards, real-time reporting, and advanced analytics.
Leverage AI-enabled tools for forecasting, demand planning, anomaly detection, automation and decision support where applicable.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical system solutions.
Manage stakeholders across business units, vendors and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Train and mentor local staff through structured, hands-on training programs.
Support ERP solutions for clients operating in the FMCG sector, with a strong focus on supply chain, inventory, and financial controls.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years experience in ERP project management
Proven experience implementing and supporting ERP solutions for FMCG clients
SAP Business One Certification
Sage Accpac Certification
QlikView (or equivalent modern BI tools such as Power BI) Certification
Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server
Solid experience with Crystal Reports and modern reporting/analytics tools
Experience with cloud-based ERP deployments and integrations
Working knowledge of AI, automation, or advanced analytics within ERP or BI environments is an advantage
Strong communication, training and stakeholder management skills
Experience with API integrations and middleware platforms
Exposure to data governance, cybersecurity and compliance best practices
Understanding of modern digital transformation initiatives within logistics and FMCG environments
