Requirements
- Qualifications-Diploma in Culinary Arts & Food Beverages
- 5-10 Years working experience
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Able to prepare different Food menus
- Host guests according to the standards to ensure superior service
- Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Able to demonstrate high standards of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
- Must have worked in a five-star lodge or similar set up
- Must have a clean Police clearance
- International Language and leadership training will be an added advantage
