The Executive Head, People & Corporate Services is responsible for leading the organisation’s human capital strategy and corporate services functions to ensure optimal workforce capability, organisational effectiveness, and efficient support service delivery aligned to strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in HR, Organisational Development, or Leadership (advantageous).
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in human capital management or corporate services leadership.
- Experience managing HR functions in complex or large organisations.
- Experience in public sector or infrastructure environments (advantageous).
- Exposure to Executive and Board-level engagement.
