We are seeking a high-caliber Executive: Manufacturing & Procurement to join our Executive team – a strategic leader who thrives on delivering performance, driving efficiencies, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-moving FMCG environment.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take full ownership of Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain operations – ensuring seamless execution, cost optimisation, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute an integrated operations strategy aligned to business growth
Lead transformation, continuous improvement, and capacity expansion initiatives
Oversee Milling, Packaging, and Maintenance operations
Drive world-class standards in quality, safety, and plant performance
Embed efficiency, reliability, and operational discipline
Lead strategic sourcing of key commodities and supplier partnerships
Ensure supply continuity through effective planning and inventory optimisation
Strengthen resilience across the end-to-end supply chain
Lead and coordinate all technical and capital projects across the business
Drive implementation of new technologies, process improvements, and plant upgrades
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic objectives
Own operational budgets and cost optimisation strategies
Enhance margins through efficiency and smart procurement
Lead enterprise risk management and business continuity planning
Build and inspire high-performing, accountable teams
Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement
Report at Executive and Board level, ensuring strong governance

Requirements

A seasoned executive with 15+ years’ leadership experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
Deep expertise in procurement, supply chain, and operations management.
A proven track record of driving operational excellence and transformation.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic outcomes.
A leader who combines analytical thinking with decisive execution.
Relevant degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or similar (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
