Key Responsibilities
- To develop and implement visual merchandising strategies.
- Plan window displays, store layouts and seasonal merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure brand consistency across all branches.
- Drive store commercialization and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee merchandising standards and new store openings.
Requirements
- Botswana citizenship required.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in retail visual merchandising and marketing.
- International multi-store experience preferred.
- Proven track record in business expansion, P&L management, team leadership and merchandise planning.
- Minimum of Diploma Qualification or above in Business Management.
