SISMO (PTY) LIMITED is seeking to appoint an EXPERIENCED TAILOR TRAINER. Role Purpose: To train various staff members of small Batswana dressmakers located all over Botswana for the bulk production of items including school uniforms, dresses, hospital gowns, sheetings, and protective clothing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training staff in maximizing efficiency.
  • Imparting bulk skills in cutting to prevent loss.
  • Training in the correct designing of patterns.
  • Training in correct measurements of sizes and specifications for bulk (mass) production.
  • Traveling all over Botswana as required.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed Basic Sewing skills and Advanced sewing skills courses at any textile and Clothing Institute.
  • A proven record of at least 10 years of working experience.
  • Must be hands-on and practical in imparting specialized tailoring skills.
