SISMO (PTY) LIMITED is seeking to appoint an EXPERIENCED TAILOR TRAINER. Role Purpose: To train various staff members of small Batswana dressmakers located all over Botswana for the bulk production of items including school uniforms, dresses, hospital gowns, sheetings, and protective clothing.
Key Responsibilities
- Training staff in maximizing efficiency.
- Imparting bulk skills in cutting to prevent loss.
- Training in the correct designing of patterns.
- Training in correct measurements of sizes and specifications for bulk (mass) production.
- Traveling all over Botswana as required.
Requirements
- Successfully completed Basic Sewing skills and Advanced sewing skills courses at any textile and Clothing Institute.
- A proven record of at least 10 years of working experience.
- Must be hands-on and practical in imparting specialized tailoring skills.
