Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all units of accommodation offered are complete with all standard fittings/fixtures.
  • Collect the Accommodation Offer Form during working hours between 0730hrs -1245hrs and 1345hrs -1630hrs from 23rd July 2026 to the 29th July 2026.
  • Deliver submissions by hand to the Procurement Unit Offices at Bobirwa District Council at Sekhwadela ward.
  • Seal offers in brown A4 envelopes clearly marked “Expression of Interest for leasing of private residential houses to Bobirwa District Council”.

Requirements

  • Accommodation Offer Form MUST be completely filled and signed in the first instance otherwise bidders will be disqualified.
  • All units of accommodation to be offered must be complete with all standard fittings/fixtures (fitted kitchen cupboards, fitted wall wardrobes, ceilings, floor tiles, fitted toilet/bathrooms and water heating systems).
  • Water, sewer and electricity MUST be connected in the house.
  • In case of Multi-Residential, utilities MUST be separated.
  • The house MUST be provided with washing line and dustbin.
