Requirements
- Three (3) years Operational Experience of the company in Building Construction, Building Maintenance, Technical Experience of Lead staff
- Evidence of previous experience in executing Framework contracts
- Provide a minimum of 3 references in relation to attribute (b) above
- Demonstrable capacity and ability to monitor and track performance ensuring delivery of quality service and products
- Documents confirming company is meeting eligibility criteria a) to d) mentioned above
- Submission of valid tax clearance certificate issued by BURS
- Applicable PPRA Codes and subcodes
- CIPA Registration with identity documents of shareholders and directors
- Copy of valid trade licence
- Any applicable regulatory licences, permits or registrations relevant to the category applied for.
