Reporting to the Plant Bakery Sales Supervisor, you shall have the responsibility to collect and deliver goods to company Branches and customers and drrve company vehicles in strict adherence to laid down rules and regulations
- Deliver and collect goods to and from business branches and partners as directed
- Collect and submit all necessary documents to and from customers to ensure proof of collection and delivery
- Ensure safety of company goods and equipment when transporting them to assigned destinations
- Ensure roadworthiness as well as validity of license disc for vehicles you are responsible for
- Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles at all times
- Refrain from transporting general public and any unauthorized passenger on company vehicles
- Ensure completion of the log book at all times
- Report all minor and major accidents and breakdowns on time
- Monitor the maintenance and regular service of company vehicle
- Responsible for safe keeping ol company vehicle keys at all times and 3void parking in restricted areas
- Ensure obedience to toad traffic signs and rules and validity of own driver’s license
- Take full responsibility and accountability of goods and documents in the company vehicle that you are driving
- Assist m loading and offloading of the vehicles to ensure security of goods, fuel and on board equipment
EXPERIENCE. KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate should have at least five (5) years experience in a similar position and a Junior Certificate or BGCSE with a
valid driver’s license and a valid PROP
