We are seeking for a Factory Manager to join our team. In this role you will provide a strategic and operational leadership for a comprehensive metering manufacturing facility producing Electricity meters (including tamper-proof variants for revenue protection projects). This role directs 14 functional departments through a matrix of production supervisors, technical leads, and functional managers to achieve operational excellence, quality standards, and production targets aligned with utility-scale developments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee automated calibration, functional testing, and accelerated life cycle testing protocols.
Balance production flow between mechanical assembly and functional test & calibration to eliminate bottlenecks
Conduct time and motion studies; design ergonomic workstation layouts
Establish repair workflows and drive continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5s, Lean Manufacturing)
Oversee materials management, warehouse optimization (ABC analysis, slotting), and JIT material availability.
Manage finished goods distribution and export shipments.
Establish supplier KPIs and incoming material quality controls
Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on forecasts and capacity constraints.
Oversee HR administration, payroll, and facility management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3 years of Industrial Engineering (Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, IE Manager)
Lean Sigma Black Belt
Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng)
