FACTORY MANAGER – Level 55 Pty Ltd

Level 55 Pty Ltd, a Subsidiary of Sefalana Group of Companies and a provider of innovative turn-key -solutions to the construction and shoplifting industry has an opportunity for a Factory Manager. The position is tenable in Gaborone. However, the role involves on-site installation of shelving units, custom fittings, and timber structures for retail, warehouse, or commercial space across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and assemble various types of shelving units and racking systems according to technical drawings or layout plans
  • Construct and fit custom shelving, counters, partitions, and other built-in units as required
  • Read and interpret blueprints or CAD drawings
  • Liaise with site supervisors, clients, and other trades to ensure job requirements are met
  • Inspect and perform maintenance or adjustments to previously installed units when needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ work experience as Shelving Technician
  • Good skills on joinery and wood works
  • Previous work experience on operating skills.
  • Ability to delegate and manage work in progress
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred for mobile/site work)
  • Flexibility to travel to different job sites as needed
  • An ambitious and dynamic person of sound technical knowledge with a proven track record is sought
