We’re looking for a Field Technician – Enterprise Development to support savings groups and enterprise development programmes in the Okavango Panhandle region. In this role, you’ll help train and support community savings groups, promote financial literacy, mobilise new groups, monitor small business enterprises, and act as a liaison between communities and our programme leaders.

We’re looking for someone with a Diploma in a Business-related field, strong community engagement experience, and financial knowledge. This position is based in Beetsha with regular travel within the Okavango area and significant time spent conducting field and community work.
