Key Responsibilities

• Accurately fill diesel into customer vehicles and containers.
• Ensure correct quantities are dispensed.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Receive and record payments accurately.
• Reconcile daily sales.
• Submit daily cash collections to the Accounts Team.
• Ensure zero shortages or discrepancies.
• Record opening and closing pump meter readings.
• Maintain daily fuel sales and stock records.
• Assist with fuel dip measurements.
• Submit daily operational reports to management.
• Prevent fuel leakages, wastage, and theft.
• Monitor pumps and storage tanks for irregularities.
• Immediately report discrepancies or suspicious activity.
• Maintain strict safety and operational procedures.
• Provide daily performance and reconciliation report to management.
• Report any operational or mechanical issues immediately.

Requirements

• Minimum: BGCSE or equivalent.
• Previous fuel station experience required.
• Police Clearance Certificate (mandatory).
• Clean employment track record.
• Strong honesty and integrity (critical role involving fuel and cash).
• Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Must provide: Family, friend, or community reference letter confirming good character.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
