An opportunity has arisen for the positions of;

FINANCE MANAGER – TENABLE IN LOBATSE X1

JOB PURPOSE:

The incumbent will oversee financial aspect of the Commission and drive strategic decision making; to direct, plan and control all treasury and budgetary management, accounting and reporting aspect of the Commission. The incumbent will develop and execute financial information that will drive Group business strategy.

THE JOB

The position will inter alia, be responsible for the following:

• Financial sustainability management.

• Financial budgeting and planning, forecasting and cash flow.

• Assist in the preparation of board reports and investor presentations

• Compliance to IFRS, manage external audit and delivery of accurate annual financial statements.

• Maintain a competent financial team that provides up to date and accurate information to the business at all times.

• Promote good corporate governance practices and compliance with tax, audit, and financial regulations.

• Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial statements.

OUTPUT MEASURES:

• Effective group budgeting process.

• Business operations enabling cash flow management plans.

• Management Accounts

• Proactive financial risk identifying reports

• Prepare annual financial statement

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

• Chartered Accountant

• Member of CIMA, ACCA BICA or CPA

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 10 years post qualification in accounting environment

• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience at management level within a commercial or business-oriented management environment

• Experience in international trade and foreign currency transactions is essential.

• Strong understanding of financial principles and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis techniques.
