Financial Advisors (Francistown X40 positions)
Reporting to the Sales Manager: Retail Sales, the primary role of the position is to help clients secure their financial futures with Bona Life insurance solutions. This role will build relationships, provide expert advice, and build business growth. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating financial plans and cross-checking work to ensure complete accuracy of information.
Key Responsibilities
- To build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Assess financial needs, recommend life insurance, investments, and retirement plans.
- Ensure regulatory adherence, maintain client confidentiality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products.
Requirements
- O’Level or BGCSE
- 3 years sales experience
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP Long Term Insurance)
- Life insurance product knowledge
- Microsoft office knowledge
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and passionate about sales.
- Assertive and confident.
- Have strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- A good communicator.
- Driven by strong customer service ethos.
- Records maintenance.
