Requirements

  • Member of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA) in good standing.
  • Minimum of four (4) years’ relevant professional experience in accounting, financial consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Caseware Working Papers.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Python for financial analysis, automation, and data management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in financial reporting, data analytics, forensic accounting, taxation, or risk advisory will be an added advantage.
