Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability of Paper Machine and Pulp Mill for production.
- Support Process Manager and Shift Leaders and keep Machine healthy and clean.
- Manage Maintenance cost within prescribed norms.
- Prepare preventative maintenance schedule and maintain it.
- Manage the Training and Development of Personnel.
- Willing to work overtime and shift duties.
Requirements
- ITI or more than 10 years of working experience in a reputed paper plant as a Fitter.
- Expertise in Kraft Paper Machine, Tissue Paper Machine, Mold Machine, ETP, Boiler, Paper Machine and Pulp Mill equipment’s.
- In-depth knowledge/working experience in Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance of Paper Machines, Pulp Mill and its utilities systems.
- Experience in both Mechanical maintenance and Project work.
- In-depth knowledge in Fabrication, Welding, Soldering, Brazing, Precision tools, Pressure testing, Inspection, Maintenance of Pulping and Paper Machine Equipment’s, Maintenance of Boiler and other Utility equipment’s etc.
